Little Extras

 

We offer a range of optional extras to help make your staycation even more comfortable for you and your family. We have experience with camper-vanning with a young family and are able to offer and recommend a range of options extras (available at the time of booking) that will help make you vacation even more enjoyable. These extras include driveaway awning, camp beds child seats, child bunk and attachable high chair.

 

Covid-19/ Bookings

We are currently planning to restart hires from the 17th May onwards. Following on from the “Roadmap out of Lockdown” announcement on the 22nd February 2021, camping in self-contained units, defined as having their own toilet and shower facilities, is scheduled to be allowed from the 12th April and all other camping is scheduled to start from the 17th May. As our classic Campervans are not self-contained and lack sanitary facilities, we will be allowed to restart hiring from the 17th May at the earliest. We will also be reviewing our minimum hire period for the 2021 season as we will require a longer period between hires to ensure that the Campervans are fully aired and deep cleaned. In addition we will be limiting the number of Campervans we have out at any one time to provide us with an enhanced level of contingency.

 

We have also introduced a Coronavirus Guarantee whereby you will never be out of pocket and that If due to a national or local lockdown you were unable to commence your hire then we would cancel your booking and create a credit note for the original booking deposit you have already paid. This would be valid for up to two years. If you have made any additional payment this would be refunded as cash via your payment method.

 

100% Genuine UK Campervans

 

We only rent Genuine UK Right Hand Drive vehicles, not difficult-to-acquaint-yourself-with-imports. When looking to hire it’s important to know that a right hand drive camper will have the sliding door open out onto the pavement as they were designed for UK roads. Hire an imported or left hand drive camper and you’ll find the main sliding door opens out on the opposite side i.e. onto the road. It’s just something to bear in mind when getting yourself or your children out of the camper as stepping out onto the pavement is always safer than a busy road. Of course driving a classic camper can take a little getting used to, but with the steering wheel on the correct side you’ll feel at ease within the first few minutes and can kick back and enjoy the ride.

From our base in South London we have some of the best areas of Southern England all within an easy drive, including beautiful villages in Hampshire, the spectacular New Forest, hidden gems in Devon, sunny Cornwall, the garden of England that is Kent and many more locations.
